I've been playing on Xbox roughly since D2 launch, I recently noticed that I was missing the Ikora's Protégé achievement. I don't know if anything can be done to fix that but I figured I should ask. Also I did 16 runs of the Empty Tank on legend and all I was getting was helmets. When I looked it up that was true for everyone. While I was running it I got two exotic helmet drops (Assassin's Cowl and Foetracer) and I was wondering if people who ran the lost sector during the glitch would be given the correct exotics.
