Talking about IB tokens...

I tried to get new shotgun from Saladin but I didn't get single one. Turns out, well, it was bug, obviously. Question is, can I get tokens back by removing the rewards I have earned? I used the token without knowing if there was a bug anyway.

Which bug is there? For Saladin you usually need to earn gear via the questline before you can find it from token packages if you are referring to. And that is probably a feature
