Me and my team spent 20 minutes in Belmont fight in the Glassway because of wyverns. Plz nerf.
More seriously though, it's kind of ridiculous that they're so devastating that not killing them instantly is a death sentence. At light, no less. Perhaps some balancing issues are at play in this nightfall because increasing their damage seems to have made them unstoppable murder hobos.

They are inherently strong, yes, but not unbeatable. I see your issue though. Glassway, especially in higher tier nightfalls, have some pretty unfortunate spawns when it comes to wyverns. In the grandmaster they send 2 (or 4, don't remember exactly) wyverns AND 4 overload minotaurs at the same time, which can be absolutely detrimental to any team that doesn't have high burst damage. One thing I would change about them though is the crit spot. In high tier activities their crit spot is basically impossible to open, let alone a nuisance in general to open up. I would make like to see it revealed at all times rather than having to dump 5 mags into it just for it to open up for 3 seconds.

Please do not make Wyverns do less damage. There needs to be such monsters so you have to prioritize what to shoot first and how to counter them. Also love the aerial melee attack of theirs, kind of like titan shiver strike. I only hate overload captains, those are annoying, other than anything else.

I hope in vault of glass every enemy is a wyvern. I love to fight them. They should also explode when getting killed. Like an explosion from warmind cells. Wouldnt this be great?

Maybe its just me, but wyverns are actually fun to fight. They are one of the few adds that provide a challenge to defeat and you can’t just stand still and shoot from a medium distance away. They are definitely more unique than any other enemy.

They don't need to be nerfed ... They need make them slightly less difficult to flinch

I'm just waiting for the Overload Champion Wyvern. Firing it's blast attacks at the rate of a 600 rpm auto rifle. While teleport drop kicking fireteams off planet.

Surprisingly jotuun works well against them. It can kill one in two shots if if you have it

Isnt void singe on for enemies? Dont they shoot void? Hmmm maybe that's why they do more damage? There is a mod for taking less void damage. Try it and see if that helps.
