New season of Destiny, I jump on in excited about what’s to come. I do the beginning quests and get through everything relatively fast. No there is one thing I want to do before most of the other tasks. Gilded Unbroken. I load into my first comp game of the season. We go down 3-1. We fight our way back to 3-3. But just as that happens, I get hit with the old Anteater and Bat combo. I’m kicked out of the game, that counts as a loss and now I have a glory suspension after my first freaking game of the season. I am on a wired internet connection with 650Mbps download and 20Mbps upload with around 10 ping. Not a single other game I play gives me connection errors. Only Destiny 2. Why is that. I have never seen an answer that isn’t fix your internet because that isn’t the problem. I love this game but ever since Beyond Light came out I have been hit with anteater and bat in nearly ever second comp game I play. It’s one of my favourite things in the game, but I get punished just because the servers are bad. That’s a terrible system and should be fixed. I just hope that if this doesn’t get fixed, hopefully the new pvp shooter IP Bungie is working on has dedicated servers. Because if it doesn’t, it simply won’t compete with all the top games out there that do.
