Hi Bungie, It has been a long time when my account got banned. I was really sad when I saw the message to got permbanned from your game. I've spent so much hours in your game cause I was so dedicated to it. I got banned for giving other players bad experience because of my bad internet. At first I didn't got it why this is a reason but now, I realised the problem. So what I've done is the following: I switched to a new internet provider with fiber optics (faster internet) and I went from circa 50 mbit/s (my old internet) to circa 400 mbit/s (new internet). I realized that bad internet gives other players a bad experience, especially in pvp. Now I've finally better internet, I was wondering if you guys could give my account a second change. I've never cheated ever in the game and it wasn't my intention to give other players a bad experience... I played Destiny 2 from the beginning and grinded so much and I would love to continue playing on my old account with the special and rare items I collected from the beginning. I hope u guys read my message ans will forgive me for my bad internet, it will not occur ever again! Never have problems with my new internet anymore these days.
