Not sure for how long it's been a thing. Every time I try to load into one of the 2 patrol zones on Europa or load into the Europa battleground via the vanguard->battlegrounds playlist the game in almost all cases crashes to the desktop. Last thing that happens is that the ship flies down from orbit and screen then goes black -> crash. In very rare circumstances screen remains black -> error code bee pops up at the bottom of the screen -> proceeds to successfully load into patrol 10-20s later.
