I have yet to find the rat king/sleeper catalyst after probably 200+ nightfalls and strikes throughout the past year. Mainly the ratking I am after now. There has been little to no knowledge on how to get it to drop other than just horrible RNG. I have read a few reddit and forum posts saying to complete previous collected uncompleted catalysts. Many said after completing 2-3, the “soft cap” lifted and they got both on first or second strike. I recently finished upwards of 10 of them and Played 20+ strikes the past weeks and still have had zero luck. I am now beginning to wonder if it’s truly bugged or something is preventing me. Does anyone have insight?
