I think bungie is purposely trying by to piss us off. The solution to allow for glows on older solstice armor is so extremely simple it’s almost like bungie ignored it to make us angry. Just split the armor sets up! One set has glow on, one set has glow off. You can select which armor set you want to make an ornament out of, glow on or glow off. The glow will change depending on the subclass.
