Unable to connect to any public lobby since yesterday.
Title, since yesterday I lost the ability to be in the same lobby as any other player, my tower is empty, all planets are barren and I cant join PvP lobbies nor join/be invited by friends. Chats work just fine and I can log in, but the game is basically single player for me.
When I try to join someone I get a moderate nat error message, so I tried the following things:
- Restart my game.
- Restart my PC.
- Restart my router.
- Check my firewall settings.
- Reset my firewall settings.
- Wait for it to maybe fix itself (It didn't so far)
- Check the network-related Bungie help support page and forwarded my ports accordingly.
- Reinstall the game.
Now, this is where it's strange, after forwarding the ports, I get 1 of 3 possible outcomes when trying to join someone, either "unable to join the target player due to a network issues", error code seal or it will still give me the moderate nat error, despite port 3074 and 3097 being forwarded.
I'm basically out of ideas on what it could be or how I'm supposed to fix it, since all those things didn't work, so I'd appreciate any help.
Edit:
The issue has been resolved and it seems it was related to a faulty network driver, so after using the "network reset" function on windows, the issue has subsided completely.
