HP Omen 15
AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics -most up-to-date drivers currently installed [armory][/armory]
Nvidia GTX 1660 TI -Current driver is 461.92
Laptop was purchased new in October 2020
Currently using AMD Adrenaline 2020 with gaming presets
Do not currently have GeForce experience installed
Progressive and consistent GPU crashes and sharp, jagged artifacts despite:
Uninstalling and reinstalling all drivers (AMD and Nvidia)
Uninstalling GeForce experience
Rolling back to older drivers
Emptying shader cache in both the Nvidia control panel and AMD adrenaline 2020
Complete OS reset
Nvidia tech supports suggestion was to download a 3rd party uninstaller program to permanently remove the AMD driver (I did not do this)
I am specifically experiencing Broccoli error codes (GPU crash related)- have tried capping FPS to 72 from 144 in game, which weirdly fixed some of the jagged artifacts on one menu screen then made it a problem on another that had never had any issues.
I have had launch issues with other games like Planet Zoo or Little nightmares. Honestly I'm at my wits end, and I feel like I have tried a majority of the suggestions with no real correction. The Omen groups dont seem to be having any problems like mine other than 1 other person who posted a video on reddit of his screen that was almost exactly what im experiencing, he installed an app to underclock his GPU with MSI afterburner, which seems to have fixed the problem, though I'm a bit hesitant because the laptop is still under warranty and I'm not 100% confident it won't void it.
I keep it well vented, with a fan cooling mat, Omen gaming hub and AMD show I'm only hitting around 120F while playing casually and when I'm playing competitive matches the fans are going (gaming cooling mode) but the keyboard is never hot. All system hardware scans come up as fine, all drivers for Hp, Microsoft and AMD are up to date, Bios are updated. Nvidia just dropped an update on the 30th I think which I haven't downloaded yet.
I just don't know what to do at this point, its been over 2 months now of crashes and issues, I dont even want to boot the thing up some days. And I worry now about playing any online match like gambit and potentially having strikes againt my account because I have a crash during a match. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

The graphic corruption in the video you linked leads me to believe that your laptop is either using the onchip (AMD) GPU instead of the discrete (Nvidia) GPU or your Nvidia GPU RAM (how much, by the way?) is faulty.
