From my experience on console, it's hard to get a good-feeling Arctic Haze to drop. Most of them start trailing off or just out-right miss. But then I found one with Full Bore, Accurized Rounds, Killing Wind, Thresh and a range masterwork. That's as much range as you can possibly roll on one with the added bonus of Thresh for bonus super energy. For a roll with no stability bonuses, it feels surprising controllable. The aim-assist on console when you start to tag someone really becomes noticeable with this roll too. And as soon as you get Killing Wind to activate, it starts to laser into opponents really good. If you are willing to do a lot of grinding on Europa, this weapon might be worth looking into. It has successfully replaced my Valakadyn now. I can only imagine how a roll like this might feel on PC.
