Lost item during transfer when internet went out

I was sending my 1303 xenophage (on the companion app) from one character to another, just as I chose the character my spectrum internet went out. I looked on my warlock and nothing, went to my titan and also nothing, is it possible to lose it completely because I was logged in to my titan when the internet dropped. Please help

  • Allo there, The companion app can't lose items but sometimes they get stuck in limbo. While in game, check your vault and all characters. If the item isn't there then please try quitting the game and trying again. If that doesn't work then give it some time and check the vault as that's where items usually end up.

  • Hi there. Usually if these items get lost in transit, you can find them in your vault. The items get transferred character1>vault>character2. So if something gets lost, it usually winds up in the vault. Worst case, you should be able to pull another one from collections.
