Wasn't the new strike supposed to be free from this week forward?
According to the calendar, today "Proving grounds Strike enters the playlist for all players", yet it asks my friends for the DLC to play the nightfall? I don't understand why is it necessary, just let people play the strikes

Nightfalls have always been locked behind paywalls since they were first introduced in D1. Read what bungie said; “enters [u]playlist[/u] for all F2P players”. The PLAYLIST, not the Nightfall. That means you can get it as a random strike in the standard Strike playlist, but it doesn’t give you free access to the Nightfall.
