WHY CAN'T YOU GET THE OUTBREAK PERFECTED CATALYST ANYMORE
almost all of the catalysts that went away became world drops EXCEPT FOR OUTBREAK PERFECTED! I didn't think that zero hour was getting vaulted (because it was on earth) so I didn't bother trying to get it during arrivals. I really want that catalyst now, and it has already been a season without them adding it into the loot pool. this puts new players (or players who never did zero hour) at a huge disadvantage because the catalyst is necessary for the gun to be used in pve. Come on bungie, its a 2 second hotfix!

How did you not know it was being sunset? They warned us about it for months. Why didn't you do it when it was around? It only takes 3-5 weeks to get the catalyst.
