How do you reset Valor rank? Not available at Shaxx
Hit Valor limit of 2000, went to Shaxx, picked up available engram from 2nd row of items. But I don't see the ability to reset Valor rank.
"Reputation Ranks complete. Reset now available at lord Shaxx. Claim your reward to reset your rank and start journey anew."
Did that mean I needed to claim top row engram from Shaxx to reset Valor?

Hi there. Yes you will need to talk to Shaxx. You will need to grab everything he has for you--of special note: you will not be able to pick up things like the ascendant shards or the emblem if you do not have space for them, but you will need to pick them up to reset. They might look darker if you don't have space for them, but they're not claimed if there is no checkmark. Grab everything he has and there's your reset!
