I've been trying to get a better roll on deafening whisper (the grenade launcher). Back in season 12 it used to show up regularly in the wrathborn lure as a reward, but i've run at least 15 wrathborn hunts in season 13 and not once has deafening whisper been a reward option. I did get one drop randomly from a crow faction reward by turning in recon data, but it's going to be extremely hard to get the roll I want with the loot pool also being very big. It feels like they've just accidentally omitted it from the lure reward rotation.
