Xur: Exotic Cypher Won't Show Up
Xur has not sold an exotic cypher to me for around 5 weeks now I think i might've accidentally deleted the quest and he just wont give me a new one, but the quest isn't in my lost quest kiosk... I was wondering if there is anyway this could be fixed
