What your favorite battlefront game
Mine is the the old battlefront 2, it's a timeless classic imo.

old battlefront 2, the rise of empire campaign was nicely done from a clones perspective of the war, also galactic conquest was fun, especially space battles. Fly both gunships into the enemy cruisers hangar for a free command post spawn location, that was fun.

Now that was a world class time-waster whenever I was bored traveling. Good times. The old games were great for the space battles and hero battles vs. AI. That was really all I spent my time doing. The EA games have modern graphical fidelity and are super pretty to look at, feature-packed with different modes, online support, story, heroes vs. villains - I mean, objectively, the new Battlefront games are probably way better. But y'know...nostalgia...

Old battlefront 2. While it was limited and I do have some minor gripes, it still provided more than either of the EA installments did.

1 ReplyI never played the PSP games and I was always really mad they weren’t put on the main consoles. Probably OG2. 1 and 2 have different feels to them though, and sometimes you just can’t beat the Bespin Platforms map from 1, or that rural Naboo one. I would spend [i][b]HOURS[/b][/i] playing the hero mode on tattooine, switching between Palpatine and solo every time I died. 2 is just so good it’s unreal.

i have to go with new battlefront because when i first got my ps4 that’s all i played because i was very good at exploiting all the glitches

While I voted for the second old Battlefront, NOTHING will ever beat laying at the entrance to the huge tunnel on the Bespin Platforms map and mowing down droids as the default clone infantryman. [spoiler]Sorry, all out of salt.[/spoiler]

Old Battlefront 2. There aren’t a lot of FPS or TPS games I like, but the original Battlefront 2 is just genuinely great. Lots of good design decisions.
