So recently I got banned for a bull crap and I’ve been trying to contact Microsoft for days. Not why I’m here. I need to deactivate the cross save account from the banned Xbox account in order to RE link it to the new one how can I do this? If I try to sign in to authenticate to deactivate it gives me an error I’m assuming because that account Xbox live banned. Anyone please help
