The Journey Xenophage Quest Step bugged
On the part of the quest where you need to go into each of the lost sectors and input the correct codes onto the Hive runes the runes stop working after the first input. After shooting the first symbol the runes change then after that nothing happens when you shoot any of them. I cannot progress the quest at all since none of the lost sectors are working.

Hi there. This is a known issue that Bungie is investigating. I've seen a user report that you can use the Extraordinary Rendition SMG as a workaround, but I can't personally confirm this.
