Unable to get Dead Mans take catalyst.
Hi,
I abandoned the 'At Your Fingertips' quest as I had picked it up on a class not geared up for the 1320 version of Pasage but now I can't find how to get the quest again on any class.
On each class, I have checked Zavala and all vendors and none have the quest to pick up.
Any suggestions?

My standard response here, and you probably already have. Did you check the quest kiosk by the postmaster?
