I just completed the Presage Masterwork mission and got the triumph for it, I had the quest correct and had everything ready to go, but while my companions got the exotic catalyst I did not. Again, got the triumph, but there is nothing under the weapon catalyst screen and it doesn't show up in my catalysts, even after talking to Zavala again.
