Captain's Log Lore Not Dropping
So, I started playing the Presage mission the week after it was released. After completing it 6 times or so I've only gotten one piece of Captain's Log lore, and I've opened the first cache. Still no second piece of lore, though.
Anyone in the same boat able to get all the lore so far?

It looks time-gated and you seem to only be able to collect one entry per week.
