missed battle.net migration
So I missed the migration and dont wanna buy forsaken twice, I still have the recipts for the purchase and I dont really care about the small amount of stuff I had

Nothing to help with. You had 14+ months to migrate. You missed the deadline. Nothing can be done at this point.
