Apparently I don't have beyond light or the season pass in-game?

I purchased Beyond Light + 1 season and was planning to play through the campaign for it with some friends. I booted the game back up, playing via steam and have also verified game file integrity before launching. Upon opening my inventory I found I have been given the new bow (Season 13) and the armour. The season section even recognises that I have the season pass. However, neither the Kiosk, Tess nor anyone else had anything for me. I had completed the intro mission prior to purchasing it via Steam. If someone could please tell me what I've done wrong or if there's an ongoing issue with purchases at the moment, I'd be grateful. Edit: Currently uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that works. Have tried so far: - Closing and reopening the game a multitude of times - Verifying game install via steam - making sure the DLC was ticked in my purchased DLC's - Rebooting the PC - Turning off the PC and leaving it off for a bit

  • Hi there. The Beyond Light campaign is started by going to the Europa map and starting the mission called "Darkness's Doorstep" to rescue Variks. If you are clicking on the icon next to Europa when looking at the planets, that is just an advert for people who don't own the Deluxe edition. You've already confirmed you own the season pass. To progress after the season intro Battleground, you need to visit the HELM in the tower. You can find it up and to the left of the courtyard fast travel point. If you don't see it, complete the Darkness's Doorstep mission and then check again. Note that progress on both campaigns and season quest are character specific. You need to repeat them with each character.
