For some reason since season of the chosen has come out, whenever im in gameplay (so able to control my gaurdian) my gpu usage spikes up to 80-100% no matter my graphical settings, no matter my games assigned prioty, now at first i thought nothing off it, then i started getting massive 100 frame rate drops for a split second which make it look like the game is just snapping, hard every 20 seconds to a minute, and i know for sure its not my hardware because games that are more demanding such as black ops cold war, battlefield v with RTX ON dont even use 50% of my gpu, ive ensured overlays for software if of etc etc, played around with power settings on my pc nothing has worked, even playing the game on lowest settings with 70 render resolution in WINDOWED mode causes the gpu to be at 100% but oddly only when im tabbed into the game however, even if im loaded into gameplay if im not stabbed in it sits at about 40%.... yeah 40% for being idle on a game that doesnt even use 25% of my vram... thats just not normal, computer is even liquid cooled so i know thats not a probelm ,i also noticed the game is not really even using my cpu, it almost seems as if the whole load is being put on the gpu
pc specs:
Intel core i7 10700k
