Yep we're still making posts about this.
Bungie needs to pull their head out of wherever its at... A hole of sorts. Sunsetting, just to continuously recycle all of the old gear back into the loot pool, is a [i]completely[/i] pointless system, because all that's being done, is taking extra steps, resources, and time to simply bring the gear up to power level. Nothing is changed about any of it except for a number. How does a "professional" business not understand this?
Imagine a contractor building an entire house, then the owners say "we want to add a room" so they take all of their belongings out of the house, tear down the entire house minus the garage where they store most of their stuff, then rebuild a copy of the house in the exact same spot, but with that one extra room, then move everything back in. That's essentially what Bungie sunsetting is.

That analogy makes no sense. A better one would be: :A car manufacturer makes the latest New model, you buy the car, the manufacturer then Releases the same model with just a Name change: You mentioned how a professional company can do this, yet if you look at cars, phones, Consoles, pc parts, ect. Company's do this.
