Fourth Mark ship never dropped
Welp...this is unbelievable. The Fourth Mark ship never dropped for me even though I did the lure reset and without resetting it. I really hope there's still a way to get this ship after the season ends. Does anyone know if Bungie said anything?

It's a RNG drop, with the drop rate increasing after each unsuccessful run. Also nice trials of Osiris history there. Reported.
