But it would be nice if the support would also take care of their tickets ... Would be very happy if they would take the time for the tickets as they did with the contributions ... but well, you read that the support for the tickets very often have no time ... have been waiting almost a month for an answer to my ticket ... it's really not nice something like that

If your ticket was regarding a ban or restriction, they typically only reply to those if the ban/restriction is overturned. If you have not heard anything back, assume the action was deemed valid.
