The ammo regeneration timer stack maxes out at 10 seconds.

It takes roughly 2.5 seconds to regenerate ammo, into the magazine. This benefit increases in both PvP, & PVE - based on the number of “Sniper Rifle Scavenger” mods you’re using. In PvE; killing combatants will activate the timer. However, only a single bullet with be granted within the span on 2.5 seconds, meaning you’ll need to kill multiple red bars to acquire ammo. Or 1 guardian in PvP. Picking up special brick will grant you a desirable amount of ammo, but the timer will still play part in how soon you receive the ammo. Same rule applies to PvP.
[b][u]EXOTIC PERK: (Quantum Combustion)[/u][/b]
• Precision kills with Ice Breaker cause enemies to spontaneously combust, dealing damage to nearby combatants.
Increased Combustion radius, & precision damage, based on the number kinetic weapon final blows.
Stacks up to 10x.
Stack benefit dissipates, after the first shot.
[b][u]EXOTIC CATALYST: (Nano Phoenix)[/u][/b]
• +17 Handling.
• Moving-Target.
• Increases Quantum Combustion’s Explosions & precision damage stack of 10 to 20.
[b][u]CATALYST REQUIREMENTS:[/u][/b]
• Complete 1 Grandmaster Nightfall, Using Ice Breaker.
• Defeat 200 Combatants.
• 100 Guardians.

• 0 Scavenger: 1 round per 2.5 seconds.
• 1 Scavenger: 2 rounds per 2.5 seconds.
• 2 Scavenger: 3 rounds per 2.5 seconds.
• PvP player spawns with 0 ammo, in all PvP playlists. Requires kinetic final blows to generate ammo, or special ammo pickup. One kill activates the timer, and within 2.5 seconds; your ammo will be added into the magazine.

Although the ideas the great, Icebreaker just isn’t going to be Icebreaker. D1 exotics in the game are just not that good. Icebreaker is either going to be too good and then nerfed into the ground(Sleep and partially Whisper) or just not be good from the start(Mida, Bad Juju, Hardlight, Borealis, etc). In my honest opinion, leave D1 exotics remain in D1 and have them legacy things to us and not watered down, disappointing guns.
