My friend bought me Destiny Forsaken Legendary Collection as a present for christmas with an online code and a description how to redeem it. Well so I went to battle.net and redeem my code, after that I had to find out that you moved to steam. Reading through the web I found out that i have to transfer my battle.net account to bungie. Now I find out thats it's not possible anymore ?! . In order to solver this problem i am looking for support, but hey you dont even have an official support. I have to post my problems public? I can't even unlink my account without link another account? You are the biggest scam i ever experienced in my whole life. Thanks for ruining a nice gesture from friend into a terrible experience. Hopefully battle.net support can help me atleast a little bit since i dont expect any help here by all the stuff that goes on right now. Why you even close a transfer if you still can redeem codes on battle.net and your game is available in stores with descriptions to redeem the code on battle.net?

The PC Move function was available at bungie.net from September 17, 2019 through December 1, 2020. As of 1700 UTC on December 1, 2020 that function was retired and thus no more migrations can be made from Battle.net to Steam. The best bet is to have your friend return it as the store should not have sold it to them as battle net has not accepted Destiny codes in over a year

Your friend should have done his research first. Destiny has not been available to play on battle net since around Sept 2019.

Your friend bought a code that isn’t even relevant anymore. As him to refund it
