Flawless Pit of heresy triumph not unlocked after i did it
Hey.
just did pit of heresy dungeon flawless with 2 friends. And after we had done the challenge it popped up on my screen that it was complete, but after when i wanted to go in n check it of in my triumphs, it wasnt completed... can someone help me so i can get my Harbinger title...

I believe it now has to be all fireteam members deathless to unlock this triumph, not just you. It was in the patch notes some time back. A solo flawless will unlock it without fail.
