Bungie is making me miss the begining of season 13 plus a whole months worth only because I cannot swap back to my original account. Can you help me on this bungie? It isn't fair that I'm going to miss a whole month and a half worth of content that I paid for for all seasons yet I won't be getting what I paid for.

You may also want to read through their article for more information on what actions can affect your Cross Save. Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time.
