I have payed for the deluxe edition of beyond light, can we quote payed. Unlocked a Exotic cypher from the PAYED for Season pass. Now i have completed the Xur exotic quest and redeem my quest reward but recieved no exotic cypher so therefore bungie has either literally robbed my money or my time! I somewhat dyslexic and reading isn't my strongest suit, but i feel like they could have made it more clear that you can only hold one cipher at a time. Bungie give me my cypher back kmt
