I respect this community but is there really no way to contact bungie other than an appeal link that doesn't work. Like at this point bungie is saying, "look we don't care but since you do here is a forum we may or may not look at." like that's ridiculous. I understand a game company doesn't need to care about the consumer and the investment when looking at infractions but I feel like they should. You have a bungie team aka BNG Security and they don't even check these forums? I mean according to a moderator the whole reason the appeal link was made was because Bungie Security team doesn't look at the forums. My question is that I feel like the community does its part but I have seen people who are banned and its not for cheating but they have no answer. I understand bungie doesn't need to reply to everyone but come on this is almost 0 to none interaction with the people who go to these links and to these forums. This is like an ex ghosting you, like you don't know the reason they wont tell you the reason so all you can do is speculate on why they left you in the first place. All I'm saying is BNG Security you guys aren't working on a anti cheat for the game we can see that from the amounts of cheaters that are still plaguing pvp. I been banned and I know others who been banned but there is no evidence of foul play but you got blatant cheaters who are well known within the community who aren't banned. Its flawed and what bungie is saying is that their own appeal process doesn't really work it falls on deaf ears and BNG Security certainly doesn't care.
This isn't an attack on bungie or anyone involved but its rather how I see it and from what I have gathered

Like it or not there was a reason for your ban. If it was illegitimate your appeal would have resulted in a reinstatement. Most common reason is having a restricted app running while d2 is running. This is a legitimate ban and causes most of what people claim is "no reason" bans.
