Does Water have a flavor?
I, personally, think water has a taste that changes depending on its temperature, and it tastes best when it's right between cold and hot.

Water changes from locale to locale. I live in foothills, so my water has a very fresh, cold taste. I went on vacation to Vegas, and their water tastes very bland and such.
