I was able to do The Glassway Strike despite not having Beyond Light.

I’m not sure if this is normal or not but yesterday I went to the Vanguard Strike playlist and started a normal strike. It put me in The Glassway which is a Beyond Light Strike. The only problem is; I do not have Beyond Light. When I try to access that strike straight from Europa it tells me I need Beyond Light. Also this weeks Nightfall the Ordeal must be The Glassway since it says I need Beyond Light. If it lets me play that strike through the normal Vanguard Strikes; how come it won’t let me do it for NightFall The Ordeal despite being the exact same strike? Is it normal to be put in a strike that you do not have the respective dlc for or is this some kind of glitch in the system? I’m not complaining. A free strike is a free strike. I would just like to know why I’m able to play it through the normal strike playlist (despite not having Beyond Light) but not through NightFall The Ordeal? I play on a PlayStation 4 console.

  • I think that is normal. Before I purchased Shadowkeep I was able to get both strikes randomly from the playlist. I couldn't select it on purpose but it came up every now and then on random.
