I genuinely love both abilities, but [i]Shatter Dive[/i] & [i]Glacier Grenades[/i] needs a rework, in PvP. Here’s how to fix them:
[b][u]Glacier Grenade:[/u][/b]
[b]1[/b]: Throwing your grenade creates an icewall, that has a startup animation. (I.E; Lighting Grenades | Storm Grenades, etc) It’s about a 1.25 second startup animation, before the glaciers appear - in full force; Giving players a chance to avoid the attack. And reducing the immediate ability of hunters shatter diving into glaciers.
[b][u]Shatter Dive:[/u][/b]
[b]1[/b]: Give the ability a 5 second cool down, per slam.
[b]2[/b]: Make the ability a Linear descend, with minimal directional push, depending on your jump height. About 2.5 meters forward from max height.
[b]3[/b]: Shatter Dive now has lesser / greater damage, depending on the height of your descend. Lowest at 25 damage, highest at 60 damage. You can only shatter glacier crystals from a mid level height (mid double jump height). Single jump height requires two hits from shatter dive to shatter glacier crystals.
[b]4[/b]: Shatter Dive no longer has damage reduction while descending, in PvP.

All that needs to be done to Shatterdive itself is remove the damage resistance, and add a short cooldown after every 2 uses just like Icarus dash and Shatterslide. That’s it. The Shatter icewall combo itself is not all that crazy. The Whisper of Fissures fragment is the problem because it increase the damage of shatter effects by a significant amount. The nerf you suggest wouldn’t solve that issue, not to mention that Titans would still be able to do the OP version of the combo just fine since almost all the nerfs here are directed at Hunters. Nerf the Fissures fragment and the shatter combo becomes much less effective. Shatter combo problem solved
