Bungie is it possible to add a fast travel point to the top of the Europa map. We have one for the bottom and middle why not the top? It takes time to travel by sparrow just to do a quest.
Why not incorporate a late quest to unlock the travel point. This way new players have to time to experience weather changes and the layout before it becomes tedious for everyone else.

Everyone, we did it, they are adding it next season
-
Is this really what you want the company to focus on? Adding a spawn point to the top of Europa? Is anyone still doing stuff up that far north? Is anyone actually still on Europa? Is anyone STILL playing Destiny?
-
They’re not going to do it. For the same reason that there aren’t any in The Dreaming City. They want you driving through the world and participating in the activities. Not bypassing everything.
-
Beyond Light would be two hours long if you could fast travel to Riis-Reborn the 127,456 times you need to go up there.
-
If you want fast travel points everywhere then what’s the point of sparrows Sometimes I forget which one I have on,untill I go to Europa lol
-
It is called Sparrowing Content. If you could just fast travel, you would miss out on all that content, you drive by.
-
Well... they never added those even to the Dreaming City... even though Petra keeps shifting every week so 2/3 of time you can't even launch near the planetary vendor...
-
Remember the mission where we had to set up the transmat beacon on the dreadnaught. Something like that could be cool.
-
Bungie don’t do QOL suggestions. We still have to dismantle blues.
-
Careful what you wish for. That travel is quite significant part of content in this season.

Simple. It extends our “playtime”. It pleases potential investors. Same reason Dreaming City only has one Same reason Europa only has one (useful) one. I actually did the insane math last year before Bungle added forges to a playlist instead of having to go to the forge to start it: Take Bergusia forge for example. Took a fast player roughly 5 minutes to get there and load into to forge. We’ll say 50,000 players played one forge match that day.... 50,000 x 5 = 250,000 minutes of “gameplay” That’s 173.6 “days of gameplay” just by people having to drive to the destination for one forge round. 🤷🏻♂️

Artificially extend our playtime. Its the sad truth....

If you take a global look at the dlc, you'll see lots of time wasting things built into the game. Look at conversion at the end of some of the stasis upgrade events You can't press a but to skip it either. Backwards and forwards from the bottom of the map to the top, back to the tower Lots and lots of little time wasting events Couple this with Bungie using levelling as content It's almost like Bungie are trying to pad out a content lacking game?
-
That's a great idea! Love the Dreaming City
-
Bungie can't add one until next year. It takes too long to load the map into the game engine to add one. No one working in bungie headquarters
-
I haven’t gotten any exotic cloaks, marks, bonds. I vaguely remember there were exotic class items. What happen to them?
-
As with the dreaming city, it's to prolong the time you play.
-
-
It's so you can experience the dynamic weather system.. if you ask me It's one of the most annoying things in a patrol zone... like yeah thanks I love not being able to see shite for a while you may as well pop that massive rank up banner in my face while you're at it ffs 😒🥱
-
They never will. It’s their cheap way of making you play longer. They did the same thing with the dreaming city.
-
They. Don’t. Care. This was done on purpose, nothing new.
-
Would be great, but I doubt it will happen. Content is hard.
-
I'm honestly not sure why The Stranger has her own travel point. Anyone else?
-
I get it, they want us to see the planet they worked very hard to make. Your suggestion to have a way to unlock the load point would be the best solution. Upvote!

Things that shouldn’t need to be said but for some reason...

For being an open world massive AAA game, these planets are small.
