So I got game pass a couple months ago and I recently canceled the plan because I didn’t want to pay the fee anymore. During that time, I downloaded the forsaken pass as well as the forsaken expansion through game pass. I never had time to play the expansion, but I was planning to later on. Now I’m trying to play the expansion and it says “Quest Inventory Full” and the launch button is red. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything. I even bought Forsaken through the Store. Unfortunately, I am unable to redeem the code because I “already own the game” but I have no way of using it. I’m now sitting with an unused Forsaken code and a lock on the Campaign. Also, I only have 2 quest which are for Exotics. No bounties or anything else. It still says “Quest Inventory Full”. Does this mean I have to buy the Damn Game Pass again just to play the expansion? If so, that’s -blam!-ed up. I don’t know what to do. I need help. I’ve wasted so much time on this problem.

Head to the Tower and open the quest archive kiosk next to the Postmaster. Go the Past section of the kiosk and pick up the Forsaken quest. Once picked up you be able to progress normally.

You need to go to the kiosk next to the postmaster in the tower and look under campaigns. You should be able to start it once you pick up the badge/icon thing.

Hello, Thank you for reporting this, Bungie is aware and investigating this. The current work around is to claim the Forsaken quest from the kiosk beside the postmaster
