I want bungie to unrestrict me from crucible, this is the second time it’s happened and I still have not been given a reason on why I’ve been restricted in the first place. My psn account is Jinhiei. I find it stupid that they can eliminate one side of the game from you in second but they can’t simply reply to an appeal form or provide customer support for people who have supported and played their games for years. I’ve played since year one and this hasn't been a problem until this season, what the hell bungie.

I too have just recieved a restriction. Bungie says it was due to a bad connection. Why after playing for over a year and half of playing how is it all of the sudden now I have a bad connection?

Similar problem here. My accounts been completely banned and I'm at a loss as to why. If they can sit around banning people surely they can bother to at least provide a reason or respond to their form submissions. It's quite pathetic. If I don't hear back in the next few days I'll be getting a refund, thank goodness for PayPal.

Hi, The forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction.
