WANTED: The Fanatic
I have seen that the fanatic triumph was patched. How do I get to repeat this last mission in the forsaken campaign so that I get the triumph?

I confirmed that the triumph has not been awarded yet, although I have completed the forsaken campaign and (checked after downloading the update and launching the game).
