10 days ago i opened a Support Ticket because i got banned.
In my [Request Received] mail, it says, i do not get informed if my request gets rejected, but i do would love to know if i have to start from 0 again, or if my request is just about to be processed.

I got banned because they said I had a bad internet connection. I really don't and didn't. I submitted a ticket and NOTHING. Now I paid for a full game and expect to play what I paid for. I disgusted at the lack of community support for players who just play to have fun, harass no one and the get accused. I will be contacting a lawyer because I was promised a whole game and now I have half a game. This is the final straw and the last thing I ever purchase from Bungie. No other game that I play has issues and I certainly don't get nasty accusations thrown at me just for playing. I have abided by the "Code of Conduct"
