Stasis RUINS crucible.
Title and an opinion. However if you disagree you are wrong.

Jokes aside .......I mean eye mask was bad but only one exotic ruined balance. It didn’t destroy the whole crucible experience. It ruined class balance and every other exotic choice but still.
90% of people are just rocking stasis and it’s freeze and ability kills non stop now. Been suppressed out of a super is amazing skill on the opponents behalf, BUT freezing someone with just about anything (with zero movement / gun play chance) is just plain stupid and boring.
Opinion here, but as a d1 day one player I have seen a lot of the game. Stasis in pvp is honestly stupid right now.
Thoughts?!

I think stasis was made to give guardians that had no gun skill a chance to finally compete. You can literally go positive without firing a gun.

1 ReplyHow about Crucible option for whatever game mode you like, to offer Stasis mode matching matchmaking as well as traditional subclass matchmaking? Sure Trials and Iron Banner are event options, but for everyday play, an option to jump in a regular old school subclasses as well as option for new stasis subclasses, might help...

7 RepliesI think stasis is really good, maybe not OP. I only play warlock, so I can only share my experience there. Since the nerf to the melee, I don’t even use it anymore. I’ve gone matches without using it because the range is so small. Compared to the other melees, it’s terrible. I’ve reverted back to bottom tree warlock (yes, not top tree)
