All crucible playlists should have solo que. If not bring back skill based match making. As a almost only crucible player, taking away skill based match making has hurt my desire to play. I know it has been a few seasons now, but even as a decent player, I am tired of getting throttled by people out of my league. The flip side I am tired of carrying people, or supporting them in matches which sometimes I am the sole reason for a close game or a win. I understand that playing people better than myself improves my ability, but that can only be stretched so far. The other hand too, is my teammates can only improve so much if I am the reason they are winning. The only people which skill based match making doesn’t really affect are the people who are in the top one percent, or the people play crucible enough to realize they aren’t being thought of. This all comes to a peak when a 3-6 stack are put against a hand full of solo ques, and a two stack, or a three stack where the first stacks skill greatly shadows the opposing team. Mercies rules without skill based match making prove nothing but overwhelming skill gaps. Overall, there should be some way to choose skill based vs not, and a solo and stacking que. Crucible is a great place, but as always, it’s needs works.
