Offtopic Survey: Hot Sauce
Do you refrigerate your hot sauce after opening it?
I personally think it tastes better non-refrigerated.

Depends on the sauce, some need to be refrigerated after being opened. But generally, no, definitely do not refrigerate.

That’s one of the better questions I’ve seen posted around these here parts. But to answer, sometimes yes and sometimes no...just depends on the sauce.
