PLEASE HELP! I have recently bought silver for D2 on my Xbox One and was charged for the purchase, but have yet to receive the silver in game. I made the purchase on November 24th, 2020 for 2000 (+300) silver in order to buy the season pass. I have gone through every single troubleshooting that I could find on these forums related to my issue but have not had any success. I don't want a refund I just want to get my silver. I really need help because I love Destiny but it's frustrating when I can't play the exclusive season pass content with my friends due to some sort of bug or error like this. Please if anyone seeing this knows a dev or someone with the power to actually help me, PLEASE point them in the direction of this post!
