Merciless "Conserve Momentum" Perk not Working
The intrinsic perk "Conserve Momentum" on the Merciless exotic fusion rifle is currently bugged. No amount of non-lethal hits causes any noticeable change in charge time, making it pointless as an exotic. Please fix, Bungie.
