2 things: Ive been trying to get the radiant light mod, which is dropped, apparently, in banshee rank up packages. I turned in over 10000 gunsmith materials, and not only did I not get the radiant light mod, which wasnt that surprising, but I did not get any mods, only shaders and guns. Can I get this mod from other vendors? How low is the chance of the mod?? Is the RNG really that terrible? Any help is appreciated.
