Continue Getting Cabbage Error

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and continue having this error. I understand it may be a firewall issue but none of the steps I followed have fixed it. I have restarted my router, and the connection to my computer is wired. I have looked through my router settings but cannot find the settings to change. Also Destiny 2 is not listed on the recognized application list and I do not know how to add it as a recognized application. I was hoping to find an email to contact support as I don't frequent forums but it seems here I do not have an option
